2 cups of Cooked beans
300 grams of Pork meat cut into pieces
250 grams of Spicy pork longaniza
2 liters of Water
½ cup of Chopped celery
1 Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon of Crushed garlic
1 Finely chopped red pepper
1 Finely chopped green pepper
1 Diced tomato
200 grams of Diced sweet potatoes
2 Ripe plantains
1 teaspoon of Finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon of Ground oregano
1 teaspoon of Ground cumin
½ teaspoon of Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of Salt

Step 1 : The beans, pork meat, and longaniza should be cooked in a pot with water until they are well tender.
Step 2 : Then, add the onion, celery, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes, and plantains.
Step 3 : It is important to season with spices, salt, and pepper, and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked and the flavors well blended.
