Beef Chest Soup

Add to the broth ancho cilantro, peppers, onion, leeks, broth cubes, pumpkin, potatoes, and yuca.

After processing part of the pumpkin and leeks, incorporate them back into the soup along with the rest of the vegetables.

Add the noodles and cook for a few more minutes, adjust the seasoning, and serve hot.

Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Beef (almond brisket, lean)

250 grams of Pumpkin

250 grams of Yuca

4 Potatoes

4 Cuban peppers, chopped

2 Chopped onion

2 Leek

1 tablespoon of Crushed garlic

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

2 Broad cilantro

½ cup of Noodles

2 Beef broth

1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

1 ½ liter of Water

2 tablespoons of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious soup, start by peeling and chopping the pumpkin, potatoes, and yuca into small pieces and set aside.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot with boiling water, add the chopped meat, garlic, and salt, cooking for about an hour and a half until the meat is tender.

Step 3 : Add the ancho cilantro, peppers, onion, leeks, broth cubes, and half of the pumpkin to the pot.

Step 4 : Once the pumpkin is soft, remove it along with the leeks, blend them, and then reintroduce them into the soup.

Step 5 : Next, add the potatoes, the remaining pumpkin, and yuca.

Step 6 : After 5 minutes, add the noodles and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Taste and adjust the seasoning, then serve the soup hot with a splash of lemon juice.

Step 8 : It can be accompanied with white rice for a comforting and flavorful meal.
