Ingredients
1 can of Can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of Evaporated milk
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
2 cups of Sugar
¼ cup of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the flan, start by melting the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until a caramel forms, then pour it evenly into the bottom of the mold intended for the flan.
Step 2 : In a large bowl, properly mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla essence.
Step 3 : Carefully pour this mixture into the mold containing the caramel.
Step 4 : Then, place the mold in a large pot with water up to the middle of it and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour.
