Ingredients

2 cups of Corn Flour

1 cup of Evaporated Milk

1 cup of Coconut Milk

3 tablespoons of Butter

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

½ teaspoon of Ground Cloves

1 tablespoon of Vanilla

½ cup of Raisins

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, start by preheating the oven to 300°F.

Step 2 : In a saucepan, combine the milk, coconut milk, and corn flour, stirring well with a spatula.

Step 3 : Next, add the spices, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4 : Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

Step 5 : Then, add the raisins and butter, continuing to cook until the mixture begins to boil.

Step 6 : At that point, remove from heat and pour into a baking dish to place in the oven.

Step 7 : Bake for 45 minutes. To check if it’s ready, insert a toothpick in the center.
