560 grams of Flour
300 grams of Sugar
2 Gutted coconuts
1 Egg
120 milliliters of Coconut water
4 tablespoons of Margarine
1 tablespoon of Baking powder
1 tablespoon of Gutted ginger
½ tablespoon of Ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large bowl, mix the gutted coconuts with the sugar, salt, and all the dry ingredients.
Step 2 : Next, melt the margarine and add it to this mixture, stirring carefully until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3 : Then, incorporate the flour, gutted ginger, and egg, mixing until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms.
Step 4 : To prepare the baking tray, grease it and, using a spoon, place small portions of the dough, shaping into balls or the desired form.
Step 5 : Bake the prepared cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cookies are golden and crispy on the outside.
