Lambí with Curry

1 Chopped onion

2 Carrots

2 Scallion or spring onion

1 teaspoon of Mashed garlic

1 Fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 tablespoon of Curry powder

1 teaspoon of Thyme

1 teaspoon of Pepper

1 teaspoon of Salt

Preparation
