Ingredients

1 kilogram of Peel and cut yuca into pieces

2 Medium red onions sliced thinly

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cook the yuca in boiling water with a little salt until tender.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, sauté the onions in a splash of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
