Yuca with Garlic Mojo
Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Yuca
2 tablespoons of Crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of Finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
½ cup of Olive oil
⅛ teaspoon of Ground pepper
½ tablespoon of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by peeling the yuca and cutting it into pieces.
Step 2 : Then, boil the yuca in salted water until it is sufficiently soft and drain it, setting it aside.
Step 3 : Next, sauté the garlic with the oil, making sure it doesn't burn, then remove and set aside.
Step 4 : In a bowl, combine the oil with the sautéed garlic and add the parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mixing all the ingredients well until you obtain a sauce, which is set aside.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the yuca and drizzle it with the previously prepared garlic mojo.
