Ingredients

1 kilogram of Peeled yuca

1 Egg

250 grams of Mozzarella cheese cut into strips

1 tablespoon of Butter

1 tablespoon of Sofrito (sautéed seasoned mix)

1 teaspoon of Salt

250 milliliters of Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by finely grating the yuca and then placing it on a cloth to extract the juice.

Step 2 : Next, place the grated yuca into a bowl and add the egg, butter, sofrito, and salt, mixing all the ingredients well.
