Pinto Bean Dip
Ingredients
1 can of Cooked pinto beans
2 tablespoons of Homemade sauté
1 teaspoon of Finely chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon of Ground cumin
1 teaspoon of Olive oil
½ teaspoon of Pepper
1 teaspoon of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a food processor, place the previously drained beans.
Step 2 : Add the sauté, cumin, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the processor.
Step 3 : Process all ingredients together until obtaining a consistency similar to a purée.
