Ingredients

1 pound of Ground beef

¼ pound of Cheese

½ kilogram of Corn kernels

4 teaspoons of Ketchup

4 teaspoons of Mayonnaise

Wheat tortillas

1 Onion

2 Chilies

2 Tomatoes

1 Lettuce

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

Garlic

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the ground meat to taste and cook it in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, chop the vegetables (onion, chilies, tomatoes, and lettuce) into small pieces and place them on separate plates for easy taco assembly.

Step 3 : Heat a wheat tortilla in a dry skillet until toasted and crispy on both sides.

Step 4 : To prepare the dressing, mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl, and if desired, add a little milk to soften the texture.

Step 5 : Once the meat is ready, place it on a plate and start assembling the tacos.

Step 6 : Fill the tortilla lightly with the dressing, followed by the cooked meat, vegetables, and optionally sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
