Ingredients
3 Cinnamon sticks
8 Cloves
4 Malaguetas (Chili peppers)
2 Star Anise
2 White rum
250 milliliters of Honey
1 cup of Red wine
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pre-sterilized glass bottle, arrange the cinnamon, cloves, star anise, malaguetas, and rum.
Step 2 : Close the bottle and store it in a dark place for a week to ferment.
Step 3 : After the time has passed, add honey and wine to the bottle.
Step 4 : Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for another week.
Step 5 : The final product is served at room temperature or cold, according to preference.
