3 liters of Water
5 Black Tea Bags
1 Kombucha Fungus
1 cup of Sugar

Step 1 : To prepare kombucha tea, start by heating the water in a large pan until it boils.
Step 2 : Then, remove from heat and add the sugar and black tea bags.
Step 3 : Next, cover the pan and let the infusion rest.
Step 4 : Once the tea has rested, strain it and pour into a suitable glass container.
Step 5 : Then, add the kombucha fungus to the container and cover with a clean cloth to allow fermentation.
Step 6 : Let the preparation macerate for 10 days in a dark place without exposure to light.
Step 7 : After this time, strain the mixture again to separate the fungus and serve the tea with ice, ready to enjoy.
